TrackReward - Customers

1. Overview

The Referred Customers Management page in the TrackReward dashboard enables administrators to track and manage customers who signed up or purchased through an affiliate referral. This section provides insights into customer activity, campaign performance, and filtering options.

2. Features and Components

Filtering Options

Admins can filter referred customers using three buttons:

  • All: Displays all referred customers, including active and canceled ones.
  • Active: Shows customers who are currently active.
  • Cancelled: Displays customers who canceled their subscription or purchase.

A campaign filter dropdown is also available to filter customers based on campaigns.

Referred Customers Table

The table provides an organized view of all customers acquired through affiliates:

  • Customer Name: Name of the referred customer.
  • Affiliate Name: Affiliate responsible for the referral.
  • Email: Contact email of the customer.
  • Campaign Name: The campaign linked to the referred customer.
  • Subscription Status: Active or Cancelled.
  • Purchase Date: Date when the customer signed up or made a purchase.
  • Actions: Options to view customer details.

Note: If no customers are recorded, the table will display "No data available."

Search and Pagination

  • Search Bar: Allows admins to search for customers using names, emails, or campaigns.
  • Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom right, enabling navigation through multiple pages of referred customers.

3. Usage Guide

Filtering Referred Customers

  1. Click on the Active tab to view customers currently using the service.
  2. Click on Cancelled to review customers who have discontinued their subscription.
  3. Use the All Campaigns dropdown to filter customers by campaign type.

Managing Customers

  • Viewing Customer Details: Click on a customer's row to open their profile details.
  • Analyzing Customer Activity: Monitor the Subscription Status and Purchase Date.
