TrackReward - Promotions

1. Overview

The Promotions Management page in the TrackReward dashboard allows administrators to monitor and manage promotional campaigns run by affiliates. It provides insights into promotional offers, reward percentages, campaign details, and performance metrics.

2. Features and Components

Filtering Options

Admins can filter promotions using three buttons:

  • All: Displays all promotions, both active and inactive.
  • Active Offer: Shows currently running promotions.
  • No/Inactive Offer: Displays expired or inactive promotional offers.

A campaign filter dropdown is also available to select promotions by campaign.

Promotions Table

The table provides an organized view of all active and past promotions with the following columns:

  • Affiliate Name: Name of the affiliate running the promotion.
  • Affiliate Code: A unique identifier assigned to the affiliate.
  • Visitors: Number of visitors generated through the promotion.
  • Reward State: Status of the affiliate’s reward (e.g., Normal).
  • Reward Amount: Percentage or fixed amount rewarded to the affiliate.
  • Offer Name: Title of the promotional offer.
  • Promo Code: The coupon or discount code used in the promotion.
  • Campaign Name: The campaign associated with the promotion.
  • Campaign Type: The category of the campaign (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS).
  • Date: The date the promotion was created or started.

Search and Pagination

  • Search Bar: Allows admins to search promotions by affiliate name, campaign, or promo code.
  • Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom right, enabling navigation through multiple promotion entries.

3. Usage Guide

Filtering Promotions

  1. Click on the Active Offer tab to view running promotions.
  2. Click on No/Inactive Offer to review expired or inactive promotions.
  3. Use the All Campaigns dropdown to filter promotions by campaign type.

Searching for Promotions

  1. Enter an affiliate name, campaign name, or promo code in the search bar.
  2. The results will update dynamically based on the entered keyword.

Analyzing Promotions Data

  • Review the Visitors column to see traffic generated by the promotion.
  • Check the Reward Amount to verify affiliate earnings.
  • Look at the Promo Code to track specific discounts used in the promotion.

4. Best Practices

  • Monitor active promotions regularly to track affiliate performance.
  • Encourage high-performing affiliates by offering better rewards.
  • Analyze visitor trends to optimize future promotions.
  • Ensure promo codes are correctly assigned to avoid tracking errors.
  • Use reward percentages strategically to maintain affiliate engagement.
