TrackReward - Referred Leads

1. Overview

The Referred Leads Management page in the TrackReward dashboard enables administrators to track and manage leads referred by affiliates. This section helps in monitoring lead statuses, verifying conversions, and filtering data based on campaigns.

2. Features and Components

Filtering Options

Admins can filter referred leads using two buttons:

  • All: Displays all referred leads, including approved, pending, and rejected ones.
  • Pending: Shows leads that are awaiting approval or validation.

A campaign filter dropdown is also available to filter leads based on campaigns.

Referred Leads Table

The table provides an organized view of all leads generated through affiliates:

  • Lead Name: Name of the referred customer.
  • Affiliate Name: Affiliate responsible for the lead.
  • Email: Contact email of the referred lead.
  • Campaign Name: The campaign linked to the lead.
  • Referral Status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
  • Conversion Date: Date when the lead converted into a customer (if applicable).
  • Actions: Options to manage the lead (Approve, Reject, or View Details).

Note: If no leads are recorded, the table will display "No data available."

Search and Pagination

  • Search Bar: Allows admins to search for leads using names, emails, or campaigns.
  • Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom right, enabling navigation through multiple pages of leads.

3. Usage Guide

Filtering Referred Leads

  1. Click on the Pending tab to view leads needing approval.
  2. Click on All to see the complete list of referred leads.
  3. Use the All Campaigns dropdown to filter leads by campaign type.

Managing Leads

  • Approving a Lead: Locate the lead > Click Actions > Approve.
  • Rejecting a Lead: Locate the lead > Click Actions > Reject.
  • Viewing Lead Details: Click on a lead’s row to open detailed information.
