TrackReward - Resources
1. Overview
The Resources Management section in the TrackReward dashboard allows administrators to manage and organize assets such as images, banners, promotional materials, and documents. These resources help affiliates promote campaigns efficiently.
2. Features and Components
Resources Overview Page
The Resources page consists of:
- New Resource Button: Enables users to upload or add a new resource.
- Resource Cards: Displays details about each resource.
- Campaign Filter Dropdown: Allows filtering resources based on associated campaigns.
Resource Card Information
- Thumbnail Preview: Displays a small image preview of the resource.
- Title: Name or type of the resource.
- Created Date: The date the resource was uploaded.
- Assigned Campaigns: The campaign(s) linked to the resource.
- Resolution: Displays image resolution (for image-based resources).
- View Button: Allows users to open and preview the resource.
3. Adding and Editing Resources
Adding a New Resource
- Click the New Resource button.
- Select the Resource Type (Image or URL).
- Enter the Resource Name.
- Upload an image (if applicable).
- Select the campaign.
- Click Create to save the resource.
Editing an Existing Resource
- Open the Resources page.
- Select the resource you want to edit.
- Click Edit and modify details.
- Click Update to save changes.
4. Usage Guide
- Filtering Resources:
- Click on the Campaign Filter Dropdown.
- Select a campaign to view related resources.
- Viewing and Managing Resources:
- Click View on a resource card to preview it.
- Use the three-dot menu for additional actions.
