Overview
The Reports Management section in the TrackReward dashboard provides administrators with essential analytics regarding overall account activity, campaign performance, and affiliate performance. These reports offer valuable insights that can help optimize marketing efforts, track commissions, and analyze customer trends.
1. Reports Overview Page
Features and Components
1.1 Overview Report
- Provides a summary of total account activity, including revenue, commissions, leads, customers, and visitor data.
- Available timeframes: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, Last 3 Years.
- Helps analyze overall account growth, conversions, and commission earnings.
1.2 Campaign Performance Report
- Tracks performance metrics for each campaign.
- Displays revenue, commissions, leads, customers, and visitor-to-lead conversion rates for specific campaigns.
- Helps evaluate marketing campaign efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
1.3 Affiliate Performance Report
- Monitors affiliate-specific performance over time.
- Includes affiliate revenue, commissions, customer referrals, and lead generation statistics.
- Helps identify high-performing affiliates and optimize commission structures.
Each report category has a dedicated "Inspect Reports" button, which opens a detailed view of that report.

- Date-based breakdown to track daily/weekly/monthly trends.

- Campaigns can be expanded to view daily performance within a campaign.
